Delivery Timing

Most orders are special-order pantry items. Estimated delivery is usually 2-3 weeks after payment verification, unless a different timing is shown or confirmed for your order.

Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Delays may happen because of product availability, supplier timing, holidays, weather, address issues, payment verification, or other operational reasons.

Availability Confirmation

Some items may become unavailable after you place an order. If an item cannot be sourced or fulfilled, Yangon Pantry will contact you with available options.

If We Cannot Fulfill An Item

If Yangon Pantry cannot fulfill an item or order because of stock limits, supplier cancellation, product discontinuation, pricing error, or other operational issue, you may choose one of the following where available:

  • Replacement with a similar item.
  • Store credit for a future order.
  • Refund for the unavailable item or cancelled order.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the refund is confirmed. The time for money to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Customer Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order has been processed. Once a special-order item has been confirmed and prepared, cancellation or change-of-mind refund may not be possible.

Damaged, Wrong Or Missing Items

Please check your order when it is delivered. If an item is damaged, wrong, or missing, contact Yangon Pantry within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.

Returns

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, returns are generally accepted only for wrong, damaged, defective, or non-conforming items. Returned items, where requested, must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and reachable delivery address and phone number. Extra delivery fees may apply if delivery fails because the address or contact information is incorrect.
